Each quarter, SNCC emplyees recognize one employee who has made a significant contribution during the previous three month period. In October, Elizabth received the honor. A significant contribution is defined by the nominator and may include, providing excellent service to a patient, performring daily activities at an exceptional level or demonstrating a willingness to work above and beyond the call of duty. The Employee of the Quarter should model behaviors of a good employee including a positive, professional attitude, respectful of all policies, helpful to co-workers, exhibiting good customer service and people skills, and a record of good attendance.
